  1. How do I place an order?
Browse the “Shop Records” section, click on a record from the homepage, or use the “Search” option to locate and review available items.  Add the item to your cart to purchase.
  1. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently accepting payment methods approved by Shopify.
  1. How much does shipping cost?
Domestic Shipping in the USA is $4.99 for USPS Media Mail.  Orders of $100+ will ship for FREE via USPS Media Mail.  For any upgrades to shipping, buyer will be responsible for paying the cost of upgraded shipping.
  1. What is your shipping policy?
All items are carefully packed into record mailers and surrounded by bubble wrap. Unless the record is sealed, it will be shipped outside of the sleeve to avoid spine slip damage during shipping. 
We are not responsible for damaged or loss items once it is in transit.
  1. How long does it take to receive my order?
This will vary depending on your shipping address.  Items are shipped from the United States of America (USA), specifically from Charlotte, North Carolina.
  1. Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping available soon!
  1. What is your return/exchange policy?
*Free Returns.
*Prepaid return label will be provided. 
*Return requests must be requested with 72 hours of receipt of the order(s). 
*All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Refund of the remaining balance will be refunded upon receipt back of the order(s). 
*Items must be returned in condition they were shipped in.
  1. How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be provided to you directly via the email address you entered during check-out.
  1. Are all your vinyl records new or used?
A majority of the items listed on this website are used, original press vinyl records.  Some reissues or new items may be listed.  All items will be detailed on the product page.
  1. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
If an order has not yet shipped, you may use the “Contact Us” page to request a modification or cancel.  Modifications or cancellations will be rejected or granted on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift options?
We do not offer gift wrapping or gift cards at this time.
  1. Can I request specific vinyl record releases or pre-orders?
We do not currently participate in Record Store Day (RSD) nor have the ability to order new records directly from manufacturing.  The items listed for sale on this website were personally curated and acquired over nearly a decade of collecting.
With that said, we do have access to a vast global network able to source and find rare and collectable records.  Please use the “Contact Us” page to request sourcing of record(s).
  1. Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
We currently do not have a loyalty or rewards program, however if you register as a member you can elect to receive email alerts of when new drops will occur!
  1. Can I sell or trade my vinyl records to you?
We do not currently accept trades but will consider purchasing original press 90s/2000s hip-hop, R&B, pop, or rock records.  Please note that shipping costs will factor into the final offer to purchase.

  1. Do you offer gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards.
  1. What genres or types of music do you specialize in?
Original press 90s/2000s hip-hop, R&B, pop, or rock records.
  1. Are the vinyl records you sell in stock or pre-orders?
Everything for sale is in-stock and have limited availability.  Because of this, all sales are generally final.
